Help Desk was opened at Khazar University as part of the SSDS Tempus project. This service is offered with the support and participation of students. The main duty of students at the Help Desk is to give information about the university to students, university employees, guests, and parents, as well as to accept suggestions and help solve to problems. The main objective of the Help Desk is to give advice to students and to help find the easiest and most effective solutions for problems raised. The Help Desk aims to improve the overall quality of student life.
